Winifred "Wendy" E Hall

Wendy E. Hall, age 74 passed away Thursday morning , February 5, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on July 6, 1940 in St. John's Newfoundland, Canada, she was a daughter to the late Michael and Myrtle (Taylor) Aylward. Wendy performed many jobs throughout the years including working as a Travel Agent, running a tanning salon, working at Sam's Club, and was also a Cosmetologist at Otterbein Nursing Home. She loved to travel and camp, and enjoyed spending the winters in Florida. She was a member of the American Legion Post #14 in St. Petersburg, Florida and had a love for shopping. Wendy was a loving mother and wife, and will be truly missed. Preceded in death by her parents, and brother Nick Aylward. Wendy is survived by her husband of 52 years Dennis Hall, who she married on September 1, 1962: daughter Michelle (Hall) and Manny Mediodia III of Cincinnati, Ohio and son Darrin Hall of Kettering, Ohio: grandson Ryan Mediodia of Cincinnati: sister Florence Lewis of Oklahoma City, OK and brothers Sam Aylward and Pat Aylward of St. John's NewFoundland. A memorial service in remembrance of Wendy's life will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 at The Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center - 3377 US RT 35, West Alexandria, Ohio - A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11:00 AM- NOON on Monday.
