William “Bill” Combs, of West Alexandria, passed away July 4, 2026.
He was a 1982 graduate Dixie High School/JVS.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kathy Combs; daughter, Amber (Mark) Kaufman of Illinois; father, William “Rusty” (Dorothy) Combs of Nevada; siblings Melissa (Boyd) Williams of Tennessee, Tim Combs of Nevada, Cindy (Phil) Brown of Florida, Kevin Combs of New York; uncle, John (Janet) Ruckrigl of Ohio; numerous cousins and nieces; and friend, Jimmy Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his son, William Lee Combs IV and his mother, Dorothy Combs.
No service is scheduled at this time.
