Wendy Lee (Mogg) Baumbach, Age 64, of Eaton, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Wendy was born on April 21, 1960, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, to the late Peter H. and Sharon L. (Smith) Mogg. Wendy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She shared 40 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Tom. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised their beloved children: Josh (Kat) Baumbach, Hope (Joe) Baumgardner, and Anna (Jamie) Uhl. Wendy was also the proud and loving grandmother to Sophia, Brody, Caleb, Lucy, Ella, and Gabe, who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her siblings, Pete Mogg, Kelly (Kevin) McKeough, and Andrew (Dana) Mogg, along with many extended family members and friends who loved her dearly. Wendy and Tom owned and operated a local restaurant, where she poured her heart into cooking and catering. Serving others through warm meals brought her great happiness, and it was just one of the many ways she showed her love. She loved the Lord and it was her hearts desire to live for Him. She always wanted to be used to show His love to others and because of that, she never met a stranger. Wendy had a true gift for making everyone feel at home. Whether it was through her homemade bread, beautiful quilts and crocheting or her bountiful garden, her generosity and creativity touched all who knew her. She loved tending to her chickens, working in her flower beds, and filling her home with warmth and care. Simply put, to know Wendy was to feel welcomed, nourished, and loved. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, hard work, and a life well-lived. Her absence will be deeply felt, but the memories she created will be cherished forever. The services for Wendy will be private.
