79, of Jefferson Township, passed away Friday, November 21, 2025.

He was born December 18, 1945, in Hazard, Kentucky, to the late Worley and Zola (Combs) Howard.

In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by his 13 siblings; several nephews; and one niece.

He is survived by his son, Wally Howard; several grandchildren; family friend, Julianne Cecil; nephew, Calvin Howard; great nephew, Ethan Howard; and beloved pets, Dog and Gracie.
