Scott E. Griffith

Scott Ellis Griffith, 41, of Lancaster, OH and formerly of Eaton, OH, passed into eternity on Friday, February 21, 2020 as a result of a cerebral aneurysm. Born August 8, 1978 in Lancaster, he was the son of Darrell Griffith and Peggy (Johnson) Carlyle. Scott was a 1997 graduate of Eaton High School and went on to earn his certification as an A.S.E. Mechanic. He formerly served as a volunteer with the Castine (Ohio) Fire Department. Survived by parents Darrell Griffith of Lancaster and Peggy Carlyle and husband Jesse of Caledonia, OH; son Cameron Griffith of Greenville, OH: brothers and sisters Shane Griffith and wife Terri of New Castle, IN; Darrell L. Griffith of Lancaster; Lori Knect of Lancaster; and Allison Gallegos and husband Juan of San Antonio, TX: nieces and nephews Brittany Griffith, Emma Rose Gallegos, Kristopher Griffith, John Gallegos, and Jennifer Elick. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 2:00 PM Saturday, February 29, 2020 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH.
