Robert “Chief” Howard
62, of Middletown, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024.
He is survived by his daughters, Amber Howard, MacKenzi Webb, Ashley Bowens; grandchildren, Matheau Spurlock, Arthur Webb, Kathryn Webb, Isabella Bowens, and Brian Bowens; sister, Robin Stelle; brother, Ronald Howard; and special friend, Santos.
Chief enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.
A service will be held with Military Honors on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Dayton National Cemetery.
