Randall “Randy” York
70, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 7, 2025.
He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Kitty; daughter, Alesha; granddaughter, Kennedy; and granddaughter and grandson he raised as his own, Lauren and Kenny.
A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Randy served his country with honor, grit, and unwavering loyalty. That same sense of duty and strength carried into every chapter of his life — whether in the woods, on the water, or simply at home with his beloved dog, Ringo.
Randy was never more at peace than when he was in nature — camo-clad in a deer stand at dawn or patiently casting a line at his favorite pay lake, waiting for a catfish to bite. He found joy in the quiet moments, pride in every catch, and a deep connection to the world around him.
By his side through it all was his faithful dog, Ringo. More than just a pet, Ringo was family—a constant companion who shared Randy’s days and brought him joy and comfort beyond measure. The two were inseparable, a true picture of loyalty and friendship.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 18 at 10AM at Dayton National Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with his final expenses.
