76, of New Paris, passed away, Saturday, June 28, 2025.
He was born June 13, 1949, in Akron, Ohio, to the late Perry Parker and Josephine Gloria (Jones) Brown.
In addition to his parents, Perry was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer; and sister, Charmaine.
He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Joanne; son, Troy; daughter, Ginger; numerous grandchildren; and many more family and friends.
