Norman E. Hall

Norman E. Hall

age 81, of New Paris, Ohio passed away on March 31, 2026 at home. Born on October 15, 1944, the son of the late Lowell and Wanda (Shellenbarger) Hall. 

Norman was a 1963 graduate of Jackson High School, active in Furniture Ministry at Surety Community Church in Richmond, IN. Norm retired from Boston Tool in Richmond, IN. 

Survivors include: his wife, Joyce A. Hall; Children: Beth (Ed) Vanzant of New Paris, Randy (Rhonda) Hall of Eaton, Scott (Chris) Hall of Eldorado; 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren; Step-son Brian (Emily) Kaucher of Camden; and extended step-family. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Wesley Hall. 

A Celebration of life will be held at Surety Community Church, 131 S. 18th St., Richmond, IN, on April 11, 2026 at 2:00.
