Mike Mckinney

Mike McKinney, age 64, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away Sunday evening August 16, 2015. Born October 18, 1950, he was a son of the late Harry & Glenna (McElfresh) Clark. Mike was a 1971 graduate of Twin Valley South High School. A proud member of Teamsters Union 957, he retired after 38 years as a yard man with A.B.F. Trucking of New Carlisle. He enjoyed going to his kids and grand kids ball games, camping, traveling and going to karaoke night at the Eaton V.F.W. He enjoyed playing with his nieces and nephews and was a dog lover. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by daughter Mari Ann Hensley on October 12, 2003: and brothers Robert and Gary McKinney. Survived by his loving wife Connie (Niswonger) McKinney whom he married October 26, 1971: daughter Tina McKinney of Eaton: granddaughters Caitlan Ann McKinney of West Alexandria; and Courtney Diane Hensley of Camden, OH: sister Linda (Tim) Thompson of Lewisburg; Pat (Al) Spoonamore of West Alexandria; Charles "Chic" (Robin) McKinney of West Alexandria: brothers-in-law whom he raised James, Larry and Rick Niswonger: and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Friends may call on the family from 12:00 - 2:00 pm Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria.
