Mark Korns

Mark Alan Korns, age 52, of Centerville, OH, died suddenly on Sunday afternoon, October 24, 2010. Born February 14, 1958, Mark was a 1977 graduate of Eaton High School and 1977 graduate of Montgomery County JVS Agricultural Services program. He worked as a landscaper for 32 years with Schauer Landscaping Company in Centerville, where he earned the respect of both co-workers and customers. Survived by father Paul Korns & wife Phoebe: mother Mary Schmid & husband George: sisters Gena Rieck & husband Tom; and Twila Fugate & husband Mike: brothers Stephen Korns & wife Victoria; Michael Korns & wife Laura: Kevin Kenworthy & wife Lynette; Joe Kenworthy; and Bruce Kenworthy & wife Penny: nephews Neo Rieck, Alexander Korns, Bradley and Brian Kenworth, Rodney and Wade Fugate: nieces Trinity Rieck, Katelynn Kenworthy and Rebecca Rader: Mark was further blessed by numerous loving cousins and extended family members. A memorial service for Mark will be held 1:00 PM Friday, October 29, 2010 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. Pastor Wayne Morrison will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 - 1:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn.
