Marie Hickey

Marie N. Hickey, 85, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away Tuesday morning, March 12, 2013. Born in Jackson, KY, she was a daughter of the late Elsberry & Orlena (Smith) Noble. She and husband Joe moved to West Alexandria in 1963. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Member of St. John Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband Joe Cecil Hickey in 1979 and 7 brothers and sisters. Survived by children Joe C. Hickey, II & wife Remie of Idaho Falls, ID; Donna M. Shockey of West Alexandria; Jack W. Hickey & wife Ellen of Ashland, KY; Jeff D. Hickey & wife JoEllen of West Alexandria; and Jerry L. Hickey & wife Kim of West Alexandria: grandchildren Jason, Shane, Joey, Amanda, Roxie, Denise, Benjamin, Katie, Shannon, Karla, Lori, Dani, Megan, Jacob, Joshua, Jobe, Jessica, Jerod and Jordan: numerous great grandchildren: sisters and brothers Etta Mae Schearer, Clay Noble, Ellen Brown and Boyd Noble, all of Kentucky. Friends may call on the family from 1:00 - 3:00 PM Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria.
