Margaret A. Risner

Margaret A. Risner, age 64 of Farmersville, Ohio passed away suddenly Thursday morning June 16, 2016 at Kettering Hospital. Born February 19, 1952 in Xenia, Ohio; she was a daughter to the late Russell K. & Hazel (McClellan) Dafler. Margaret was a 1970 graduate of Valley View High School, and went on to earn her bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1974. She worked in the Valley View school system for over 25 years as a teacher. She truly loved her job and was known as the "Mother of the Community". Margaret was a member of the UCC in Farmersville, as well as the women's Auxiliary for the Farmersville Fire Dept. Above all she loved to spoil and spend time with her grandkids and family. She will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Roger Dafler. Survived by her husband of 36 years, Jack R. Risner; whom she married on Oct. 27, 1979: daughter Stephanie & Matt Hodge of Carlisle, OH: son Joshua Risner of Farmersville: grandsons Tyler, Dawson and Gavin: and the King Family. Friends may call on the family from 5- 7 PM at Valley View High School in the gymnasium on Monday June 20. Funeral Services at 11 AM Tuesday June 21 at the Robert L.
