Janet E. Barnhill

Janet E. Barnhill, 78, of Camden, OH, passed away Tuesday evening February 13, 2018. Born May 26, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Alvester and Letha (Swafford) Nolte. At an early age she had worked at Famous Clothing in Dayton, later at Central Oldsmobile Dealership in Dayton, and various other jobs over the years. She enjoyed crochet, travel, and especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother David Nolte. Survived by husband William C. Barnhill whom she married January 27, 1961; children William Todd Barnhill (Missy) and Malia E. Angell (Todd) both of Camden; grandchildren William Smith, William T. Barnhill, Jesse Wayne Barnhill; step grandchildren Lance, Lacosta and Jessica Hawley; great grandchildren Abigail Barnhill, Addison Barnhill and William Grayson Barnhill; several step great grandchildren; brother Richard Nolte; along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria. Friends may call on the family from 2:00 - 4:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Burial Preble Memory Gardens.
