99, of Eaton, peacefully went to be with the Lord, Friday, September 27, 2024.
She was born February 3, 1925, in Davidson County, Tennessee to the late William L. and Mansy A. (Norris) Halfacre.
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband of 79 years, Eugene Sutton; son-in-law, John Furrey; 3 brothers; and 3 sisters.
She is survived by her son, Larry (Linda) Sutton; daughter, Pamela Furrey; grandchildren, Jeffrey Sutton and Lori (Josh) Chapin; and great grandson, Jackson Chapin.
Hazel enjoyed spending time outside whether she was working in her vegetable or flower gardens or sitting on her back patio. She loved being with her family.
Services will be private.
