Florence I. Fogle

Florence I. Fogle , 89, of New Lebanon, OH and formerly of Farmersville, passed away peacefully Friday evening at home, February 14, 2014. Born in Brookville, OH, she was a daughter of the late Charles & Emma (Bowser) Landis. She retired in 1990 from the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Dayton and was a member of the Eversole Church of the Brethren. Florence enjoyed fishing with her husband and, in the last several years, attended many of her grandchildren's sporting events. Some of her best times were spent eating out with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death on March 30, 2011 by husband Charles W. Fogle, whom she married May 28, 1944: brother Paul E. Landis and sister Mary E. Marion. Survived by children Sharon Gilbert of Eaton, OH; Ronald Fogle & wife Carol of Farmersville, OH; and Connie Brown & husband Oscar of New Lebanon: grandchildren Lorie Dalton(Rick), Tammy Kimball (John), Annette Hall (Adam), Tiffani Wade (Phil), and Kristi Stockslager: great grandchildren Audrey Burke, Aimee and Bryan Dalton, Krystal and Katie Hall, Suzanne, Rachael and Alison Kimball and Andrew and Connor Wade: sister Shirley A. McDonald of Farmersville. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH.
