Doris M. Johnson

Doris M. Johnson, 92, of West Manchester, OH, passed away on Thursday morning, May 23, 2019. Born December 1, 1926 in Campbellstown, OH, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Beatrice (Crawford) Ashworth. Doris enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening and looking after her dog. She retired after 30 years from Dayton Flexible Products in Eaton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by by husband Robert D. Johnson; son Scott R. Turner; and sister Carol DeCamp. Survived by son Ralph Turner of West Manchester; grandsons Curt Turner of Petersburg, KY and Brad Turner of Eaton; great grandsons Jacob, Jonathan, Justin and Cadence; and brother Norman Ashworth of Beavercreek, OH. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Friday, May 31, 2019 at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH. A service to remember and honor Doris' life will begin at 11:00 AM; and followed by a procession to Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton, where a brief closing ceremony will take place prior to the burial of her cremated remains.
