Dollie A. Sandlin

Dollie Alice Sandlin, 97, of Richmond, IN, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday night October 11, 2014. Born March 5, 1917 in West Elkton, OH, she was a daughter of the late George & Eleanor R. (Powell) Hartman. She was a dedicated prayer warrior who was a member of the Somerville Pentecostal Church for many years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death on January 30, 2003 by husband John Sandlin: brothers Vernon and Robert Hartman: and sisters Margaret Neanover and Sally Ashcraft. Miss Dollie is survived by sons Albert E. "Gene" Sandlin of Camden, OH; Alvie J. Sandlin & wife Becky of West Alexandria, OH; and Leonard E. Sandlin & wife Olga of Richmond, IN: grandchildren Peggy Sandlin, Teresa Rich, Mary Stowe, Monte Sandlin, Lynne Hoblitt, Tony Sandlin and Amy Sandlin: 17 great grandchildren and 24 great great grandchildren: brother James Hartman of Somerville, OH.
