Diane J. Evans

Diane June Evans, age 63 of Eaton, OH passed away at her residence on Thursday November 20, 2014. She formerly worked as a caregiver at Greenbriar Nursing Home in Eaton, and previously for Nurses Calling in Hamilton, OH. Proceeded in death by her son Tony Baker. She left behind her husband Wayne Evans, 5 children Michele (Jimmy) Upton, Johnny Baker, Amy Worley, Athena (Jim) Maly and Jason Evans. 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. 1 sister Roxann (Glen) Sisco and 2 brothers Ronnie (Darlene) Slusher and Ricky (Tonya) Slusher. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday November 29th, 2014 at the Brookville Full Gospel Church of God - 235 S. Wolf Creek Rd, Brookville, OH. Pastor Kevin Nelson will officiate.
