Dennis A. “Denny” Roberts

Dennis A. "Denny" Roberts, age 73, of West Alexandria, Ohio passed away on Monday October 15, 2018 at Kettering Medical Center with family members by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Freda Roberts; Brothers Dale, Bill and Bob, and Sister Barbara Wagner. He is survived by his wife Diane of West Alexandria; sons, Craig (Isabelle) Roberts and Michael (Cathie) Roberts, both of New Lebanon; stepson Rob Stansberry of West Alexandria; grandchildren, Zachary and Emily Roberts, Shelby Lyons, Shawn and Michele Strange, Whitney Miller and her son Cypress Miller; nieces Joyce (Chuck) Singer and Lisa (David) Banks, both of Atlanta, Georgia; Sister-in-law Ruth Roberts and nephews Rick (Kathy) Roberts and Byron Roberts, of Dayton; nephews Rick and Jeff Roberts; mother-in-law Alma Stansberry; sister-in-laws Linda and Kathy and numerous other friends and family members. Denny is a veteran of the United States Navy and he retired after many years of service working as an insulator in the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers, Local 79. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday October 20 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at the Robert Crooks Funeral Center - 3377 - US Rt. 35 in West Alexandria.
