David Lewis, age 46 of West Elkton, Ohio passed away suddenly Monday morning July 11, 2016 at his home. Born November 9, 1969 in Middletown, Ohio he was a son to the late James Lewis and Shirley Wells. David enjoyed watching drag racing and fishing. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandfather Corbett Lewis. Survived by son D.J. Lewis and daughter Jennifer Lewis: grand-daughter Addyson: brother Brett (Erica) Lewis: step-sister Dot Monce: step-brother Joey Hensley: grandmother Erma Lewis: step-mother Patricia Lewis: special friend Melissa Smith-Tibbs: as well as many more family members and friends.
