Charlie D. "Dave" Zook

Charlie D. "David" Zook, Jr., 73, of New Lebanon, OH, passed away Friday afternoon, April 15, 2016. Born November 25, 1942 in El Paso, TX, he was a son of Charlie D., Sr. & Marcella Ann (Bradley) Zook. Dave was a 1960 graduate of Germantown High School and was a proud veteran serving with the US Navy from 1960 - 1963. He never met a veteran whom he did not thank for their service. Dave retired after 31 years from the Delphi Division of General Motors in Dayton. Preceded in death by his father and a brother Chuck Fulton. Survived by wife Betty G. (Grant) Zook: sons Russell & wife Sheila, David, III & wife Heather all of Miamisburg, OH; Eddie & wife Ashley of NC: grandchildren Don'nae, Westly, Trinity, Jenna, Caitlin, and Alex: great granddaughter Kindra: mother Marcella Barnhardt & husband Lester of Farmersville, OH: and sister Judy Gibson & husband Gary of Springboro, OH. Friends may call on the family from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Miamisburg - 323 N. 11th St. - Miamisburg, OH. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 pm. Burial Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH.
